Journey Announces Massive Double Album Farewell North American Tour
01 November 2026
Rock legends Journey have announced their farewell tour, a grand North American run produced by AEG Presents, spanning 60 shows across 2026. Journey’s Final Frontier will launch February 28, 2026 in Hershey, PA, culminating on August 28 in Journey's hometown of San Francisco. Headlining Chase Center makes for a fitting hometown finale.
A brand-new production featuring "the hits and deep cuts," as guitarist Neal Schon described it, will showcase their entire catalog each night. Schon revealed that each performance would feature fresh arrangements and include rarely played songs. The "An Evening With Journey" concert format underscores the exclusive nature of these shows.
The initial tour announcement on November 6, 2025 included 60 dates across North America. While no official extension has been confirmed, Schon hinted at potential additional shows if demand warrants.
The tour lineup features core members Neal Schon, Jonathan Cain and Arnel Pineda, along with Jason Derlatka, Deen Castronovo, and Todd Jensen. Schon confirmed the shows will follow the "An Evening with Journey" format with two full sets and an intermission, no opening act.
Journey's Farewell Tour setlist will spotlight their classic material from Infinity onward, with special attention to rarely performed fan favorites.
Though rumors circulated about a "world tour with full-album nights focusing on Escape and Frontiers," no such plans appear in the official schedule or announcements.
Confirmed venues for the Farewell Tour include Detroit's Little Caesars Arena, Toronto's Scotiabank Arena, Denver's Ball Arena, and Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena, among others.
Anticipation for Journey's final North American tour continues to build. With their legendary hits, storied career, and this comprehensive farewell outing, the initial 60-date schedule offers fans ample opportunity to experience Journey's iconic live show one last time.
